PARK ROADS TO CLOSE FOR SPRING PLOWING

March 01, 2004 ~ PR 04-018

Beginning Sunday, March 7, groomed roads in Yellowstone National Park will begin to close to over-snow vehicles so that spring plowing may begin. Roads close at 9 p.m. on the day listed:

Sunday, March 7
Mammoth to Norris Junction
Tuesday, March 9
Norris Junction to Madison Junction, Norris Junction to Canyon
Sunday, March 14
All remaining groomed roads close to oversnow vehicle use
