My wife and I decided on a last minute trip and are headed out the 13th for the week. We have been to Y-stone 3 times with the last time being the same week in September about 3-4 years ago. I was thinking of spending a few days around Y-stone then head up for Glacier for the rest of the week. We have never been to Glacier. I am looking for advice from others that might have done this type of trip. How long (time) is it between the north entrance and Glacier? Recommended places to stay at Glacier and what are the definitely must sees at Glacier? At Y-stone we like staying in Cooke City and watching wildlife in the northern part of the park.
