EDR Food: At YGSs we had a 30 day rotation on the menu. It was planned by the EDR supervisor in West Y.
Food was GREAT! Had to be since I was a cook. Right. . . . .
Breakfast: Usual eggs - various forms, pancakes, french toast, breakfast meats, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, some fruits, OJ. 7-830.
Noon: Beef, chicken, pastas, some pork, some pre-done frozen entrees, salads, always a dessert.
Evening: Usually sandwich type w/salad or soup. Always a dessert. At Tower often ice cream.
